Delays

Your purchase, if international, might be delayed as a result of how Brexit introduced extra logistical complications. Please feel free to contact us for any concerns or for any additional queries that you may have.

Order Modifications

If you need to modify an existing order please contact us as soon as possible as modification can not be made once a product has been dispatched.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be thrilled with your purchase, however, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied in the product, a refund can be requested.

Please read the following terms and conditions for a successful refund:

• Please contact us, within 14 calendar days of delivery with proof of purchase, requesting a refund.
• The product must either be defective or not as described.
• For products that arrived faulty we require a photo of the damage so an investigation can be undertaken by us to see what went wrong with that particular shipment.
• The return shipping cost is not covered by us.
• Any return must arrive back to us within 14 calendar days after requesting a refund.
• The product being returned must be in the same condition as it arrived using appropriate packaging, ideally in its original packaging. You remain responsible during the return transit so please use an appropriate delivery method.
• Please take care when opening received products as any damage caused by unwrapping is not covered by us.

If the above terms and conditions are not met then we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
